In truth, I want the government to be the first to
step in, mention, and provide benefit support
What is needed right now
There are countless volunteers
all over the country who care
But as individuals, they cannot act
Without a system, it cannot reach those in need
Legal frameworks are necessary
At this rate, it will never
When it is needed
It will not be in time for right now
Even for those with patience, it is enough to make one lose their cool
If possible, I want to call for
the immediate dispatch of the Self-Defense Forces
Even volunteers
get hungry
They cannot walk there
They need a place to sleep
Their feelings are selfless
