The Sounding Board Action Plan is a session designed to take the "0.1" idea you want to realize and turn it into a "1".
We will support you in executing the actions created in the "Future Strategy Meeting"
and help you shape them into reality.

After the session, you will receive a report summarizing the content within 3 business days.

Referring to the sounding board report, you will execute actions for each issue.
If you have any questions during action execution, you can consult via chat.
STEP 4: 2nd Sounding Board
We will review the results of your actions and set the next steps.
You will receive a report summarizing the content within 3 business days.
STEP 5: Action Execution
Having already executed an action once, you are now in a state where you can actively take action toward your issues and goals. Please continue to move forward based on the results of your execution!
