Three-line diary: The garden is alive even in the cold
Although it doesn't snow in this region, the temperature is below freezing every morning and only a little over 10°C during the day.
It's hard on my aging body.
Even in such cold weather,
the trees in the garden are alive.
The mimosa buds are getting bigger, and it looks like it will bloom beautifully this year.
The Kawazu cherry buds have also started to swell.
Even though the withered leaves of the konara oak are still dancing in the winter wind,
other flowers are preparing for early spring.
To think that two such different things can be seen in one garden,
how happy I am...
