The Home Exercise Encyclopedia is a place to find exercise materials. For example, you can choose home exercises according to your goals, such as 'fall prevention,' 'lower back pain prevention,' or 'exercises you can do while seated.'
RehaCalc is a tool to make the evaluations and records that occur before and after those exercises a little easier. We have compiled calculation and measurement tools that are easy to use for exercise guidance and rehabilitation evaluation, such as walking speed, TUG, 6-minute walk test, 5-times sit-to-stand, CS-30, and one-leg standing.

You can also check measurement results such as TUG on the spot.

In RehaCalc, basic calculations and scoring are completed within the browser. The values you enter are not sent to the server. While there are tools where you can enter names, examiners, or special notes, the design is such that they are reset when you reload the page.
It is built not as a business system for long-term storage of personal information, but as a tool to quickly assist with the calculations, scoring, and record creation needed in the field.
