#10 Real life begins when you realize your unconscious dependencies
To those meeting me for the first time
My name is Hanachika, and I produce life restarts for moms in their 40s and 50s.
Because we are in the AI era, my life's work is to support people in living a life where they can truly shine from within.
My career path took a complete turn when my child's disability led me to become a full-time homemaker.
From those rock-bottom days, I restarted my life, and now, while running a company, I have also realized my long-held dream of publishing, expanding the scope of my activities.
I want to increase the number of adults who support each other's dreams and keep making them come true.
It is with that thought in mind that I write this note♡
Taking back control of your own life
"I want to live life on my own terms."
Even though you wish for that, for some reason, life doesn't go as you want.
In fact, many peopleunconsciously hand over the reins of their lives to others.
Moreover, they are not even aware of it themselves.
How can you take the reins of your own life into your own hands?
When you try to start your real life but things don't go well,
I will share a very important point that you are actually falling into.
Are you actually abandoning control yourself?!
"When things settle down with the kids"
"If my husband would just understand"
"If I had money"—.
Before we know it, we are living a conditional life, thinking "if only such-and-such were in place."
But in that moment, the steering wheel of your life is taken by someone else.
Many people unconsciously act based on the reactions of others or their environment.
Without realizing that habit, it is not uncommon for them to think, "I am living with a self-centered axis."
However,as long as you base your life on others or your environment, true freedom will not come.
This is because you have left the control "outside."
Moving from a "self-axis" or "other-axis" to a "dignity-axis"
The terms "self-axis" and "other-axis" are often heard these days.
However, both are merely a balance within a "relative world."
I have experienced the limitations of both. A self-axis might seem good at first glance, but in reality, a self-axis doesn't work in society. It can lead to pure ego, or falling into a life of self-satisfaction, ego, and misunderstanding, thinking "I'll live by doing what I love!"
So what should you do?
In the Reboot LIFE that I teach, I propose a third option called the "dignity-axis."
It is a way of living where you consistently create your life from truth to reality through your own will.
It is returning to the "true me" as the creative subject that gives birth to the universe itself.
And this perspective is neither spiritual nor self-help.
People who live consciously have higher levels of happiness and health
Dr. Ellen Langer, a psychologist at Harvard University,
has published research stating that
"simply consciously recognizing your own choices increases your level of happiness and health."
In the doctor's experiment, elderly people were returned to an environment from their youth and encouraged to
“act as they did when they were young.”
As a result, in just one week, metrics such as memory, eyesight, and blood pressure improved dramatically.
It was proven that the moment a person remembers that they are a “creator,” changes occur at the cellular level of the body.
In other words, “living consciously” is not just about organizing your thoughts—
it is about “returning to the source where you create your own reality.”.That is the “way of living on the axis of dignity.”
First, start by noticing your patterns of blaming others.
“My boss is bad,” “My husband doesn't understand me,” “The times are bad.”
When we look for “reasons why we can't” in this way, we are unknowingly handing over the steering wheel of our lives.
But there is no need to blame yourself.
It happens to everyone.
If you can just notice that, you have already taken a step forward.
The next thing you can do is
admit that “the current me is 100% the result of what I have chosen.”Even if it is a reality that is hard to accept, the moment you admit this—
the energy of your life will return to your hands all at once.
What you “feel” is your treasure♡
Excitement, frustration, and even a sense of discomfort—
only you can know what has moved your heart.
Cherishing those feelings yourself, and no one else,
is what makes those small movements of the heart your “treasure.”
Who is holding the steering wheel of your life right now?
If you feel even a little bit like “I want to take it back”—
that is the beginning of your Reboot LIFE✨
💬 Information on free consultations
In the Reboot LABO free consultation, we conduct
a heart-reboot session to help you regain the initiative
you had unconsciously let go of.
If you want to “re-create your life with your own will,” let's talk.
I have compiled the story of my own reboot into a book. I would be happy if you could pick it up. Living on the “axis of dignity” also means living with an understanding of the meaning for which you were born.
📘 “Mom, I wanted to know the meaning of being born, too”
