Restaurant to be built on managed land near the west exit of Urawa Station!! (Site Visit Vol. 21)
If you walk from the west exit of JR Urawa Station (Saitama City) toward the Ito-Yokado Urawa store, you will see land managed by Yuraku.

This managed land is the site I will be reporting on this time.
This is the 21st installment of our long-awaited site visit series.
Now, until around last summer, I remember that there were no signs for managed land or land for sale here, and mobile shops often set up business.
Then, around November (?), a sign for the managed land appeared.
I suspected that the period of interim land use had ended and that a building would finally be constructed, and that was indeed the case.
When I inspected the site, a "Project Plan Notification Sign" had been installed.
The installation date was January 13th. It is very recent.

According to this, a 6-story restaurant building with a total floor area of 1,378 square meters will be built.
The business operator is Yuraku, which manages this land. Design and construction are being handled by PS Construction.
Construction is scheduled to begin in December of this year. Completion is set for around the end of next year (end of 2027).
If it opens for use after completion, that would be around the beginning of 2028, wouldn't it?
In exactly two years, a new restaurant will be born at this location.
Keep an eye on future developments to see what kind of shops will appear!!!
