[Held on 2/18] "New Trends in 'Related Population' Created by Work-Style DX: The Form of 'Regional Co-Creation' Where Companies and Regions Connect as Equals" Marubeni x JTA Regional Co-Creation Workshop

Regional revitalization enters the 'co-creation' phase

From 'regional revitalization' to 'regional co-creation,' where companies and regions create value together. Implementing 'work-style DX' that is not bound by time or place is essential for creating a 'related population' that connects urban areas with local regions.
In this workshop, Marubeni and the Japan Telework Association (JTA) have teamed up to present the forefront of 'regional co-creation' together with specialists from various fields. Starting with a report on the history of the related population and the latest projects by JTA, the workshop will bring together the wisdom of satellite office implementation from Zoho Japan and the know-how of location data utilization from Data Insight. By combining the power of IT, data, and location, we will outline the shape of sustainable regional business for the future.
The venue is 'Oasis,' the co-creation lounge at Marubeni's headquarters, which overlooks the Imperial Palace. Why not experience the next-generation co-creation platform while feeling the real energy?

What you will gain from this workshop

  • Ways of thinking to connect the related population to 'business'

  • Real-world examples of implementing work-style DX in regions

  • Tips for utilizing satellite offices and location data

  • How to design a co-creation platform that connects companies and regions

Rather than just theory, you will take home
insights from projects that are actually in motion.

  • Implementation of Zoho's Regional Satellite Offices and Work Styles

Based on initiatives at a satellite office utilizing a renovated traditional house in Kawanehon Town, Shizuoka Prefecture, this session will introduce IT utilization and work-style design that prevents fragmentation in business management, communication, and information sharing, enabling work in regional areas that is on par with urban areas.
Through real-world experience that goes beyond merely setting up satellite offices to addressing regional issues such as building relationships with local communities and utilizing vacant houses, this session will concretely demonstrate the value that "working in regional areas" brings to companies in terms of talent acquisition, organizational sustainability, and building trust with the region.
