This is 'Me'
Nice to meet you.
I am a single mother raising six children.
I have been through three divorces so far.
All of my births were by cesarean section.
I have also undergone surgery for cervical cancer and a thyroidectomy.
Furthermore, I have suffered from panic disorder and depression,
and honestly, there was a time when both my mind and body were completely worn out.
'Why is my life like this?'
Thinking that, I repeated the same mistakes over and over again.
But then, I realized something.
The problem wasn't my environment or other people,
but rather 'my own way of thinking'.
From there, little by little,
I began to change how I think, how I make choices, and how I live.
It didn't go well right away,
but my life definitely started to change.
In this note, I will write realistically and without sugarcoating about:
・How to stop choosing the wrong partners
・How to recover when your mental health collapses
・What I have learned while facing life with six children
I would be happy if people like my past self read this, such as:
・Those who keep repeating the same mistakes
・Those who are struggling with love or human relationships
・Those who are mentally exhausted
I believe that the moment you think 'I want to change' is your starting point.
