2025年度　新春だるま展】

新年一発目は

1/3-1/13にある第８回「2025年度　新春だるま展】@福岡市中央区清川【tsugi】に参加いたしました。

伝統文化を継いでいく、生活の中でアート作品を鑑賞する、作品を所有する垣根を下げる、という気持ちではじめられたそうで、今回今回も和田清商店様のサポートのもと開催されました。。

会期は1月3日より1月13日まで。

1月3日〜1月5日　:15時オープン、28時クローズ昼間の時間帯しか動けない方、ぜひこの時間帯へ。

1月6日〜1月13日: 20:00〜29:00

2/5-2/22は千代のWald Art studioで1mサイズのAbouty 30×2展　中期に参加します。土曜日は来られる方に合わせて在廊しますので、是非連絡ください。

展示しただるま作品です。
だるま展に何を出そうか考えたとき、ロココダルマを思いつきました。ロココは華美ではあるけど、その前の時代より装飾が控えめになりより、洗練された優雅なデザインが発展した時代です。力があった時代で、
この混沌した時代にすこしでも元気をもらえそうなダルマを考えました。ちょうど普及の名作「ベルサイユのばら」の新しい絵柄でアニメが公開すると聞いた流れもあります。

ロココの立役者はフランス革命で処刑されたマリーアントワネット王妃です。
マリーアントワネットが好きでフランスまで行ってしまった私ですので、まずはマリーアントワネットだるま、彼女のファッションといえば頭に乗せた帆船ですので、帆船は別に作ってマグネットでとりはずしできるようにしました。

もう一つはあのねちゃんのロココだるまです。
天使を描いてロココ調にしました。こちらはありがたいことに買っていただいた方がいましておうちで癒しを与えているでしょう。

I participated in the 8th "2025 New Year Daruma Exhibition" at [tsugi] in Fukuoka City's Chuo Ward, which was held from January 3rd to 13th.

This exhibition started with the idea of carrying on traditional culture, enjoying art in everyday life, and making it easier for people to own artwork. It was held with the support of Wada Seisho Store in Shizuoka prefecture.

• January 3rd to 5th: Open from 3 pm to 4 am. This is a good time to visit if you can only come during the day.

• January 6th to 13th: Open from 8 pm to 5 am.

I havr also participated in the "Abouty 30×2 Exhibition" at Chiyo's Wald Art Studio from February 5th to 22nd

About the Daruma I displayed:

When I was thinking about what kind of Daruma to display, I came up with the idea of a Rococo Daruma. Rococo is a style that is known for its ornate decorations, but it is more refined and elegant than the styles that came before it. It was a time of great power, and I wanted to create a Daruma that could bring some energy to these chaotic times.

I also got the idea because I heard that there is a new anime coming out based on the popular manga "The Rose of Versailles," which has a Rococo setting.

The key figure in the Rococo era was Marie Antoinette, the Queen of France who was executed during the French Revolution. I love Marie Antoinette and even went to France because of her. So, I made a Marie Antoinette Daruma. Her signature style is the sailboat she wears on her head, so I made a separate sailboat that can be attached and removed with magnets.
