Kusami Asobousai! It sounds like it was fun!!
A title that sounds like it's about someone else (lol)
Yesterday, the children's workshop 'Asobousai' (Play Disaster Prevention) was held at the Kusami Civic Center in Kokuraminami-ku, Kitakyushu City.

I felt very bad about it, but
I couldn't participate because of my son's school event.
I left it to the four Sukiccha members and the ten students from the Sukiccha Academy!! Please take care of it!!!
So,
even though I was worried, I decided to leave it to them.
Here is an activity report based on the photos I received from the members!

According to what I heard later...
It was 'very good!!'
I had the students handle the main facilitation,
and asked the Sukiccha members to provide backup.
● Kitakyushu City University (Kitagata) MATE's
● Kitakyushu City University (Hibikino) 3Club
● Kyushu International University Regional Disaster Prevention Leader Training PJ
Everyone did a great job!!
Thank you!!!

In particular, the Kitakyushu City University MATE's team was in charge of the overall facilitation,
and they prepared and carried out icebreakers and true/false quizzes!
I heard from the Sukiccha members that they are gaining more experience and have become very good at facilitating.
That's wonderful!!!!

When it comes to activities with children, the students have a much better rapport than we do.
Even if it's their first time meeting, children seem happy to have older brothers and sisters from universities and high schools around.

It seems the proceedings were also quite well-planned.
After the activity, I also received a message from the leader, Tomimatsu-kun.
He mentioned that managing the whole thing was difficult, but
he is improving rapidly!!!
He is so resilient!!
Amazing!!
Tomimatsu-kun, thank you as always!!
I will also introduce the individual programs!

The first three are original programs by MATE's.
There were also students who participated for the first time this time, and I am very happy to hear that they shared their thoughts, saying they 'want to keep creating more programs.'
It is encouraging to see young talent like these students growing and new members joining in this way.
It made me realize once again that I hope to gradually be able to leave things to everyone like this.
What was characteristic about this Kusami Asobousai was...
The children were full of energy!!is what I heard.
Interestingly, the atmosphere is completely different in each region.
No two events are ever the same.
The way the games are received and enjoyed is also different every time, which is interesting.
The children in Kusami were full of energy!
That's great.
Children have to be energetic!!
I read through the surveys,
"It was fun!"
"I want to do it again!"
and seeing things like that written down, the children's energy really came through.

The post-event reflection meeting is something I insist on doing every time. I heard they did it properly this time too. Well done!!
I think everyone had their own challenges and takeaways.
It would be great if you could step up and move on to the next level.
For everyone at Kyushu International University, this was the first collaboration in a while for Sukiccha's activities, so I would be happy if we could continue this in the future.
Thank you for reading today as well.
Yesterday's post marked my 400th daily morning note.
Thank you, as always.

Oh, this is also one of my favorite articles.
I think I'll read it again with my son...
