Even when I ask everyone via email or LINE, no particular opinions or suggestions come up....

It's usually easier to discuss things if there's a 'draft' to work from....

In this modern age, we can communicate our thoughts in many ways through remote means like email and LINE.

But,
going out of your way to 'give an opinion' or
putting a vague feeling into 'words'
can be a bit of a high hurdle, can't it?

When it becomes a place for discussion,
things like intuitioncan also be
conveyed and empathized with,can't they?

You can also express your intentions throughgestureswhen presenting an opinion, or through
nods and attitudeswhen listening to others' opinions.

Sense of speed, enthusiasm, and the depth of feelings.

I feel that talking in person has a 'meaning' that goes beyond logic.

In the case of online meetings, this tends to fade a little, doesn't it?
It requires even more 'verbalization skills' from the participants,
and there is a risk that differences in how things are perceived and understood will emerge.

Also,
everyone has different sensibilities and emotions,
and their interests and perspectives differ as well.
