Article 2

(v) Kawagoe Limited Express trains stop at Ikebukuro, Wakoshi, Tsuruse, Kawagoe, Kawagoeshi, Sakado, and all stations from Higashimatsuyama onwards. (vi) TJ Liner trains stop at Ikebukuro, Kawagoe, Shinrinkoen, and Yorii. (2) In the preceding paragraph, the phrase "stop at all stations from... onwards" shall be interpreted as stopping at all stations up to Ogawamachi.






Article 4

Kawagoe Limited Express and TJ Liner services must, without exception, be operated using rolling stock equipped with the capability to convert between forward-facing cross-seats and commuter-style longitudinal seats.

Article 5

The service type must be displayed on the destination indicators at the front and on the sides of the train.

Supplementary Provisions

This Act shall come into effect on February 15, 2026.
