What exactly are chakras?
Starting from this post, I will be talking about chakras.
To make it as easy to read as possible,
⊹First, starting with general information
⊹A less-known, more in-depth perspective
⊹And finally, "how to balance them"
That is the flow I plan to write in.
I feel this while conducting sessions,
but chakras are surprisingly not well understood.
However, when you understand and balance them correctly,
everything from internal organ issues, your physical appearance, mood swings, to relationships
really changes completely.
It is not an exaggeration,
to a level that changes your life.

What are chakras?
Chakra is a Sanskrit word
meaning "circle" or "wheel."
In terms of their role,
they are gateways for energy. What I often imagine
is a hotel revolving door.
If the door is narrow and gets stuck,
unnecessary things won't go out,
and necessary things won't come in.
Conversely,
if the door is large and rotates smoothly,
unwanted things go out,
and good things naturally come in.

What is happening in the body
If we apply this to the human body,
⊹You cannot release unnecessary energy
⊹You cannot take in necessary energy
That is the state you end up in.
Conversely, when chakras are balanced,
all kinds of "flow" improve.
It is truly the feeling that
the flow of your fortune improves.

Changes that occur in the human body
In terms of the body,
⊹Detox and charging become smooth
⊹Blood flow and bowel movements improve
⊹Necessary nutrients and oxygen circulate throughout the body
Then, naturally,
your thinking becomes clear,
your emotions stabilize,
your actions and judgments are optimized,
and your relationships improve.
In other words,
it means building the foundation to live your life as yourself.
Naturally, your fortune will also rise.

An important premise
Here, there is a very important concept
for understanding chakras.
That isMaslow's hierarchy of needs.
It is famous in business and self-help,
but it is actually very deeply related to chakras.
Next time, I will talk aboutthe relationship between "Maslow's hierarchy of needs" and chakras
.

Thank you for reading until the end.
It would be a great encouragement if you could like and follow.
