note Question Box is now available on the app. You can notice and answer questions as soon as they arrive.

The note Question Box is now available on the note app!

Previously, it was only available via web browser, but now you can easily ask and answer questions on the app as well. Why not take this opportunity to open your own Question Box or ask a creator you're interested in something you've always wanted to know?

App version

Please update to the latest version to use the note Question Box on the app.

• iOS app (version 10.14.0 or later)

• Android app (version 10.14.0 or later)

How to use the Question Box

When you want to open your own Question Box

1) Press the [Start Question Box] button on the creator's profile screen.

2) In the question reception settings, turn the [Accept new questions] button on (green), select the range of people you want to accept questions from, and save.

3) Once the pop-up is displayed, your Question Box is ready.

When you want to ask a question

1) Press the [Ask a question] button on the profile screen of the creator you want to ask.

2) Write your question and press the send button.

When an answer is published, you will receive a bell notification or push notification. You can check the answer directly from the notification.

* Depending on the settings of the creator receiving the questions, you may need to log in to note, follow them, or join their membership or subscription magazine to send a question.

When you want to answer a question

1) Open the [ Create ] tab and select [ Received Questions ] from the menu in the top left.

2) Choose the question you want to answer from the [ Unanswered ] list and tap the [ Write Answer ] button.

3) Write your answer and tap the publish button.

Tips for utilization

Questions received in the Question Box can also be used in the following ways:

• Use received questions as inspiration for your next article

• Publish your answers to questions as standalone reading material

• Introduce some of your knowledge or know-how in a Q&A format, and guide those who want to learn more to your articles or magazines

"Self-questions" are also recommended

When you have just opened your Question Box, you may not receive questions right away. In such cases, we recommend answering the three questions from note that you receive randomly when you open it.

If you want to further enrich your Question Box, you can also ask yourself questions. We have prepared a collection of 100 questions categorized by genre to help you when you are unsure what to ask. Please feel free to choose the ones that interest you!

The Question Box was created with the hope that it would provide hints when you are worried about "not knowing what kind of article to write" and serve as a catalyst for broader communication between creators. We will continue to make improvements so that your creative activities and interactions become even easier.
