18 New Companies Join note's Creator Introduction Program for Publishers and Others
note is entering into new publishing partnerships with 18 publishers and literary agencies. The new partners are: Appleseed Agency, Gakken Plus, Kinobooks, Kirakusha, KK Bestsellers, Jitsugyo no Nihon Sha, Jitsumu Kyoiku Shuppan, Shoeisha, Square Enix, Seibundo Shinkosha, Sekai Bunka Sha, SB Creative, Pia, Bunkyosha, Bungei Kadokawa, Born Digital, Raichosha, and Rights Sha (in Japanese alphabetical order).

Projects to turn works by note creators into books are already underway with the three publishers (Diamond, Fusosha, and Magazine House) that have been in partnership with us since April 2018.

The goal of this initiative is to introduce creators active on note to publishers, thereby expanding their opportunities beyond note, such as through book publications. By joining forces with external publishers, note aims to further empower the creative activities of our users.
Specifics of this initiative
We will regularly introduce works that have become popular online or have gained high popularity among note users to our partner publishers. From these, publishers will develop plans to turn the works they are interested in into books. While we cannot guarantee that every work will be published as a book, we believe this will increase the likelihood of works being published compared to before.
Regarding communication with publishers
Offers from publishers to creators will be shared through the note management team. If a creator finds an offer they believe is right for them, they can proceed to have separate meetings and sign publishing contracts.
Once the work is completed and released, we will also assist with sales promotion alongside note and cakes.
Regarding the information provided
This program only shares information about works with publishers who have signed a partnership agreement. Furthermore, the content does not disclose information that only creators would know, such as page views or sales figures. We will only introduce works on an individual basis.
Creators who do not wish to receive this support can indicate their intention to opt out of the program from their account settings screen. We aim to respect the wishes of our creators while facilitating smooth matching with publishers.
How to opt out of the creator introduction program
1. After logging into note, open "Account Settings".
2. Click the button for "Allow note management to assist with promotions".
As shown in the image above, if the button is gray, it is in the off state.
Our mission is to "ensure that everyone can start and continue creating." Through this initiative as well, we hope to empower the activities of all creators together with our external partners.
