Easier to find creative themes! The 'Submit' page for note prompts and contests has been updated
The design of the 'Submit' page for note prompts and contests has been updated!
The 'Submit' page is where you can find themes when you're stuck for ideas or aren't sure where to start writing. About 180* prompts and contests are now easier to view by category. *As of June 30, 2022

note regularly hosts prompt projects and contests in collaboration with companies.
Prompts and contests are held to help creators with their work. We provide themes to serve as creative inspiration and invite you to submit your work.
We have renewed the look of the 'Submit' page, where the list of open calls is displayed.
・Made the submission overview for contests in collaboration with companies easier to understand
・Made the display of each prompt more compact to show more information on one screen
・Changed the list of prompts by category to a horizontal scroll format
We have made it easier for creators to find themes.
How to enjoy contests and prompts
What are prompts?
Prompts are projects hosted independently by note. We provide themes to help you when you're not sure what to write, such as '#SelfIntroduction,' '#MyJob,' and '#BookReview.'
What are contests?
Contests are projects conducted in collaboration with companies. They have a set submission period, and entries are judged by judges or the collaborating company. Winners receive benefits such as media exposure, prize money, or gifts.
For contests, 'reference works' by creators commissioned by the note editorial department are also published.
Examples of past contests
Also, winning entries in contests will have a badge next to the number of likes!

How to participate
Anyone can easily participate by adding the relevant hashtag when setting their post to public. Even for past posts, if they fit the theme, you can enter by adding the hashtag and making them public.

Also, if you click on a contest or prompt you want to join from the 'Submit' page, you can view the submission overview and details for each contest or prompt.
Clicking the 'Submit Now' button on each page will open the new post screen with that hashtag already included, so you can start writing right away.

For detailed participation instructions, please see this help page.
*Some contests may have additional entry requirements.
View entries for topics and contests
You can view submitted works by searching with contest or topic hashtags. By posting articles to contests or topics, you might meet new readers.
We also recommend reading to see what other creators are writing about the same theme.
Wonderful works submitted to contests and topics are featured on the official note Twitter and the official note blog.
Additionally, winning a contest can lead to expanded opportunities, such as starting a series in various media.
Creators who have won contests in the past
We introduce past contest-winning works and interviews with the creators who won them.
Also, please refer to the magazine that collects reports from those who have won contests.
Initiatives to support creation
At note, we engage in various initiatives beyond these topics and contests to support the creative activities of all creators.
These include the "note Creator Support Program," which helps talent flourish in collaboration with media partners such as publishers, media outlets, and creator agencies, as well as the "note Creative Awards," a submission contest aiming for book and film adaptations with the cooperation of KADOKAWA, Gentosha, Diamond, and TV Tokyo.
Everything we do, including other note features and event planning, is done to support creation.
We will continue to carry out various initiatives toward realizing our mission: "To enable everyone to start and continue creating."
We consider improvements based on feedback and requests from our creators. We will continue to build an environment that makes creative activities easier, so please share your thoughts with us.
