■ The types of "thank-you" messages you can send to note readers have increased!
You can now send thank-you messages to people who share your posts or add them to their magazines, and you can send image-based thank-you messages to people who follow your account.
This feature allows you to express your gratitude to those who react to your work. We have made improvements so you can express your thanks in more situations, helping you enjoy your creative activities even more by receiving many reactions.
■ More options for "selecting & creating" cover images on smartphones!
As of December 2025, all Canva integration for image creation on note has ended. For details, please check thehelp page.
In December 2020, note partnered with the graphic design platform "Canva," allowing you to use images designed in Canva directly as cover images when writing articles on a PC. And in February, we added support for the Canva button on smartphone browsers as well!
Also, on Friday, March 5th, we will be holding an event that is easy and fun to learn for those who struggle with cover images or feel uncomfortable creating images. Please feel free to join us if you are interested.
■ A "Notifications" tab from note has been added!
We have added a "Notifications" tab from note. You can view it by tapping the bell icon in the top right. We will provide information useful for creators, such as how to use note and information on ongoing contests and events.
■ Articles recommended by people you follow now appear in the "Recommended" tab!
Articles recommended by creators you follow are now inserted into the "Recommended" tab on the top page.
■ You can now see the overview immediately when participating in a contest!
When you select a hashtag for an ongoing contest on the post screen, a link to the contest overview page will appear. You can immediately check the event period, application requirements, and more.
■ The usability of the smartphone app has been greatly improved!
The usability of the smartphone app has been improved, bringing it much closer to the experience on the web. In addition to overall improvements in the usability of the post screen, we have updated the following points.

・You can now select ongoing themes/contests. You can start writing immediately by tapping the post button. You can also select them on the publication settings screen.
・You can now pin your favorite articles to your creator page.
・The title is now displayed in notifications for articles you were reading just before. You can turn this on/off from the notification screen.
・You can now attach images to thank-you messages for follows.
・You can now sort on the article search results screen.
・When deleting an article, the name of the article being deleted is now displayed.

・On the creator screen, articles are now displayed by month.
・On the article list screen, you can now get share links for drafts, preview them, and revert them to drafts.
At note, the number of mobile team members responsible for app development is increasing. We will continue to improve the smartphone app to make it even easier to use.
