You can now more easily recommend the articles you are subscribed to!

The feature to recommend articles was discontinued as of July 29, 2024.

Currently, the "Like" feature allows creators to gauge the reputation of their articles, and readers can use it as a reference for quality assurance when making a purchase.

When you want to help an article you've purchased or supported reach more people, you can use the "Recommend" feature in addition to Likes and Shares. When you recommend an article, your icon will be displayed at the bottom of the article, and the article will appear on your followers' timelines.

With this improvement, articles included in paid magazines or subscription magazines can now be recommended without needing additional support!

Previously, to recommend an article included in a magazine you were subscribed to, you had to provide additional support for each article. With this improvement, you can now recommend them without needing to provide additional support.

A recommendation serves as a "reassuring boost" that indicates an article is trustworthy. Everyone tends to be cautious when purchasing something new. In such cases, having someone else's recommendation can provide that extra push, which should lead to more purchases.

Please feel free to recommend any wonderful articles you find!

How it appears on the timeline

Recommended articles will appear in the "Recommended Articles" section on your followers' timelines like this.

How to recommend (for free articles)

1. Support the article
note provides a "Support feature" that allows you to financially support a creator's activities. By sending a thank-you message or similar here, you can also recommend the article by providing support.

2. Press the Recommend button that appears after support is complete

After supporting an article, a Recommend button will appear in the support completion pop-up. If you would like to recommend the article to the note team or others, please press this button.

Once completed, your icon will be displayed at the bottom of the article.

How to recommend (for paid articles, articles in paid magazines, and articles in subscription magazines)

1. Purchase the article / Subscribe to the magazine
2. Press the Recommend button that appears under the article after purchase/subscription
