The movie 'One Cut of the Dead!', currently in theaters, is receiving great acclaim. Many of you have likely seen it mentioned on TV or social media. Today, it was reported that an expanded release has been decided in over 40 theaters nationwide.

In the last few days in particular, posts on note have been increasing one after another.

I will avoid explaining what kind of movie it is (and I will refrain from posting the trailer movie in this article), but the official website describes the response as follows.

In Japan, it won the Yubari Fanta Land Grand Prix (Audience Award) at the Yubari International Fantastic Film Festival 2018. At the Udine Far East Film Festival (Italy), where it had its international premiere, a five-minute standing ovation erupted after the screening, and it won the Silver Mulberry (2nd place Audience Award) out of 55 prestigious competition entries from across Asia. The first-place winner was the major South Korean film '1987', which drew 7.5 million viewers, but the difference was a razor-thin 0.007 points. (From the official website)
