We have revamped the design for embedded articles in note to make them easier to read
In response to feedback that "the size of other note articles embedded in my own articles is too large," we have revamped the design to display them more compactly!
By making the height of the embedded section more compact and matching the width to the body text, you can now read through articles smoothly without them being interrupted by embeds.

Background of the improvement
This improvement was sparked by a request from a creator sent to the "Improvement Suggestion Box". Multiple Slack stamps showing agreement were added, and the CEO responded immediately. A design proposal arrived from the designer just over ten minutes later!

When we asked the designer in charge about the process,
They told us, "I judged that it could be adjusted in about 0.5 man-days, so I started right away. By changing the design, I aimed to achieve ① preventing the body text from being interrupted and ② preventing the article from becoming too vertically long when many articles are embedded."
Various types of images are uploaded to note, including photos, illustrations, and manga. We made repeated adjustments to ensure that no matter what combination of images is used, it looks natural and to reduce unintended cropping of images by creators.
After that, we refined the details such as the image aspect ratio and harmony with the overall design of note.

We will continue to make improvements to note, even in the finer details of the design.
