A chance to be featured in the media! We are calling for essays and columns addressed to your past self when you first became a mother, using the hashtag "#ToTheMeWhoBecameAMotherThatDay".
In collaboration with “ism”, a web media outlet featuring many popular culinary experts such as Ryuji, Kentetsu Koh, and Kaoru Ariga, we are holding an essay and column submission contest titled “#ToTheMeWhoBecameAMotherThatDay”.
Becoming a mother is a major turning point in life, a special moment filled with a mix of joy, anxiety, and confusion. In conjunction with the special feature "To the me who became a mother that day" on ism, note is calling for essays and columns written like letters to your past self from when you had just become a mother.
From the submissions using the hashtag “#ToTheMeWhoBecameAMotherThatDay”, the ism editorial department will select several pieces. The selected works will be featured on ism and included in an original booklet. Furthermore, creators whom the ism editorial department feels they would like to read more essays or columns from may be invited to start a series.
