In recent years, as health awareness has increased, perhaps some of you are thinking about and consciously caring for your "teeth and oral health"?
This includes careful brushing and flossing as self-care, using xylitol, or the habit of chewing gum. Furthermore, beyond daily self-care, some of you may also be incorporating professional care by visiting dental clinics for regular checkups.
This time, we are inviting you to share your thoughts, care methods, and episodes regarding your teeth and mouth in a collaboration contest between the Japan Dental Association and note"#ForGoodTeeth". Please feel free to post about what "dental health" means to you.

A message from the Japan Dental Association
Every year on November 8th, the Japan Dental Association celebrates "Good Teeth Day" by conducting promotional activities such as the Best Smile of the Year award. Taking "Good Teeth Day" as an opportunity, we are hosting our first-ever submission project on note to encourage people to think about their dental and oral health.
Furthermore, this year, under the theme "Create future dental value starting now. #ToShi (Dental Investment)," we want to spread the concept of "#ToShi." This involves investing time and effort into maintaining oral health by combining daily self-care with regular dental check-ups (professional care), with the expectation of achieving a healthy life in the future (the return on investment).
Let's understand proper oral care, review our oral environment through the dual approach of self-care and professional care at a dental clinic, and enrich our future lives. There are things you can do now so you won't have regrets in the future. Why not start your future-oriented "#ToShi" today?
For more on the importance of dental and oral care, please also refer to the site about #ToShi provided by the Japan Dental Association.
We look forward to your "#ForGoodTeeth" episodes.
We look forward to receiving your submissions!
