PERSOL and note are hosting a submission contest with the theme "#MyOwnWayOfWorking".
"Working" occupies a large part of our lives. More and more people are aiming not just for income or status, but to gain personal growth, a sense of purpose, and fulfillment.
Also, with changes in society, haven't many of us had more opportunities to rethink what "my own way of working" means?
We are looking for submissions about what "working" means to each of you.
We hope that by reading about the unique "ways of working" of each individual, it will become an opportunity for readers to rethink what "working" means to them as well.
Please feel free to post about your own "my own way of working."

And it is a message we want to send out to society.
To face individuals with diverse values,
and to create a future where everyone in the world can truly feel "Work, and smile."
That is our mission.
In recent years, diverse forms of "working" have emerged.
Work locations and hours are changing, and the way we work will continue to evolve.
With this contest, we are calling for your "#MyWayOfWorking" as you realize various "ways of working" amidst these changes.
By posting to the contest or reading others' posts,
we hope this will serve as an opportunity or hint for you to think about your own "#MyWayOfWorking."
Everyone has different thoughts, approaches, and choices regarding work.
Someone seeing your post might find their own options expanded.
Please feel free to post about what "#MyWayOfWorking" means to you.
Finally, PERSOL's group vision, "Work, and smile.," embodies this sentiment:
To work is to live.
The way of working is different for everyone.
That is why you decide your own "work" for yourself.
Aiming for a society where all "work" leads to smiles.
