A small sense of accomplishment found amidst busyness, a realization gained precisely because things didn't go well, or perhaps a thought you've been cherishing deep in your heart about how you "truly want to work." A good way of working may not be something told only through success stories, but something that gradually comes into view through a accumulation of hesitation and trial and error.
To share such happy ways of working for each and every person and to gain hints from one another, with the sponsorship of Mitsui Fudosan, we are calling for posts under the theme of "#WhatIsAGoodWayOfWorking".
Please feel free to write in your own words about the worries you currently feel regarding your way of working, the ways of working you want to challenge yourself with in the future, or the efforts you are continuing to make to make working easier.

Mitsui Fudosan Work Styling has supported various ways of working as a rental office and shared office that expands the choices of where to work.
