Mynavi and note are hosting a submission contest with the theme "#BecauseIChoseThat".
What should I have for dinner? Where should I live next? What path should I take for my career? From small daily choices to major decisions that change our lives, we are always making choices as we walk through life. Sometimes, after agonizing over a certain choice and receiving advice from those around you, haven't you chosen to "take on a challenge"?
Your choices surely pave the way for your future or save someone else. We are looking for posts about such "choices" using the hashtag "#BecauseIChoseThat". There are no restrictions on the genre, whether it's about your private life, school life, or work. Please feel free to post episodes related to "choices" that might help readers realize their own "possibilities" as well.
For your submission, you can use any format, including text, illustrations, manga, or videos.
When posting, please include the hashtag "#BecauseIChoseThat".

We are waiting for your note posts on the theme "#BecauseIChoseThat". Please feel free to write in any format, such as manga, essays, illustrations, or novels. There are no restrictions on the format.

Grand Prize: 1 winner (100,000 yen in gift cards, plus a reading of the winning work by voice actor Shotaro Morikubo)
Jury Special Prize: 2 winners (50,000 yen in gift cards each)
Mynavi Prize: 2 winners (50,000 yen in gift cards each, plus a manga adaptation by manga artist Shuugo Shiroyagi)
Runner-up: 5 winners (20,000 yen in gift cards each)

Judge Introductions
・Nami Saito
Essayist and illustrator. Based in Nagoya.
She won the "Kinari Cup" held by Nami Kishida on note in 2020 with her piece "Laser Hair Removal at Home," which launched her professional writing career.
Currently writing for web media outlets including "Laundry Box," "Netorabo," "Bunsho-sha," and "Lydia."
・Kenta Shinohara
Born in Ehime Prefecture in 1989. Aspiring to be an animator since elementary school. While attending the Osaka College of Art, his work won the Children's Fairy Tale Grand Prize at the Hida International Fairy Tale Anime Contest. Joined the animation studio "dwarf" in 2014. Worked on numerous stop-motion animations, including Netflix's "Rilakkuma and Kaoru" and the pilot film for Tonko House's "ONI." Currently affiliated with LuaaZ Inc. and focusing on YouTube content creation.
