Why note renamed the "Improvement Suggestion Box" to "Feedback"
note's "Improvement Suggestion Box" has been renamed to "Feedback" and upgraded. This is because a concern had arisen.
Why we want to upgrade the suggestion box
The "Improvement Suggestion Box" on note is a feature that allows you to send opinions to the operations team when there are features you want added or improved on note.
It was created in October 2017, initially as a direct hotline to the service development team, to efficiently collect creator opinions and feedback and update the service within the scope of what is possible.
The note we have today is the result of continuous improvements based on the many opinions received through the suggestion box. We are grateful to everyone who has sent us feedback so far!
While it remains an important place for the note operations team, a concern has emerged.
That is, compared to the past, perhaps the fact that the operations team is improving the service based on the suggestion box is not getting through? that.
Through user interviews and other means, we learned that this has caused some users to feel uncomfortable, thinking, "I went to the trouble of giving my opinion, but it wasn't heard."
What we want feedback on
Therefore, from now on, although it will be gradual, we will increase the number of responses to the opinions we receive compared to before.
We are also changing the name from "Suggestion Box," which carries the image of dropping off things you want to say secretly, to "Feedback," which carries the image of exchanging opinions flatly to make things better.
In Feedback, we will accept a wide range of thoughts on note's features and operations.

・Features that were convenient or useful
・Features you like about note and don't want removed

In both cases, the following form will open.
Making reports and discussions open
Internally, we talk a lot based on the opinions received from the suggestion box, such as "Indeed, this is inconvenient" or "I understand, but if we do that, it won't feel like note," so we will report and discuss more openly rather than keeping it only within the company.
・Include the number and content of feedback in the monthly improvement summary report issued every month
・Start an audio distribution program to openly discuss improvements
