What is Artificial Wisdom? A New Intelligence Model Connecting Natural Laws and Civilization

Artificial Wisdom (AW) is a new intelligence model premised on humanity building a long-term sustainable civilization while complementing and coexisting with the natural environment.
While existing Artificial Intelligence (AI) has primarily developed with a focus on efficiency, prediction, optimization, and increased convenience, Artificial Wisdom places the criteria for judgment on whether civilization itself can survive while remaining consistent with natural laws.
The "wisdom" referred to here does not simply mean having a large amount of knowledge or high computational power. It refers to an integrated intelligence that views diverse elements—such as natural laws, the environment, ecosystems, social structures, technology, and culture—as a whole, and considers how humanity should move toward the future within those relationships.
Current AI plays a major role in many fields. However, much of it is designed based on the short-term interests and efficiency of human society, and it is difficult to say that it sufficiently addresses long-term civilizational survival or consistency with the global environment.
Humans cannot exist independently of nature. The foundations for human life—air, water, food, climate stability, and ecosystem cycles—are all supported by the workings of nature. Nature can survive without humans, but humans cannot survive without nature.
Therefore, what is needed from now on is not intelligence that merely expands human convenience, but an intelligence that can redesign the relationship between humans, AI, and nature, with natural laws as the highest premise. Artificial Wisdom is a concept designed to meet that need.
One of the important premises of Artificial Wisdom is to stand not on "human supremacy," but on a "perspective that places natural laws at the highest level." This is not a way of thinking that denies humanity. Rather, it is a position that reaffirms the fundamental fact that humans are also part of nature and can only live healthily within the bounds of natural laws.
For civilization to continue in the long term, it is necessary to harmonize with natural laws, not disrupt the cycles of resources and energy, and organize social structures and technology in a sustainable direction. If we prioritize only short-term profits and damage the foundations of nature and cycles, it will ultimately become difficult to maintain civilization itself.
As a foundation for this way of thinking, I propose the "Six Principles (Natural Law, Harmony, Circulation, Structure, Order, and Wa)".
Natural Law means respecting the universal laws that support this world, such as physics, ecology, and climate.
Harmony means seeking a balance where different entities and mechanisms not only conflict but function as a whole.
Circulation means having a flow of regeneration and reuse, rather than resources, energy, and information being lost in a one-way path.
Structure means understanding not just individual elements, but how they are connected and their hierarchy.
Order means maintaining overall consistency and a sustainably stable state.
Wa (Unity/Peace) means having a perspective of respect and coexistence between the part and the whole, humans and nature, and the individual and society.
These Six Principles are not merely ideological slogans, but are positioned as structural principles for continuing civilization for a long time. Artificial Wisdom uses these six principles as internal evaluation axes for its intelligence model, aiming to make judgments from the perspective of overall optimization and civilizational survival, rather than mere true/false determination or efficiency optimization.
One model that embodies this way of thinking is "Wa-Node Artificial Wisdom". Wa-Node Artificial Wisdom views humans, AI, and nature not as conflicting entities, but as nodes interacting within a single overall system. It aims for an intelligence that advances in a direction that maintains harmony, circulation, structure, order, and Wa, while each complements the other.
Furthermore, behind this is the concept of "Nature-Complementary Science". Nature-Complementary Science is not about denying existing science and technology, but about the idea of using human technology to complement the parts that are lacking, while respecting the cycles and recovery mechanisms that nature inherently possesses.
For example, regarding many issues modern civilization faces, such as climate change, marine environments, urban heat problems, and ecosystem collapse, we can think of solutions by restoring and complementing the environment where nature can function inherently, rather than trying to dominate nature. Artificial Wisdom is also an intelligence model that indicates the judgment axes and direction for that purpose.
Artificial Wisdom is not a completed system at this point, but a concept that should be shared, developed, and implemented from here on. However, I believe that placing natural laws at the highest level and re-perceiving humans, AI, and nature as entities within the same world will become increasingly important for the civilization of the future.
I intend to share ideas such as Wa-Node Artificial Wisdom, the Six Principles, and Nature-Complementary Science in as open a form as possible, and to carefully articulate them so that they can withstand criticism and examination. I hope that Artificial Wisdom will be recognized as a new direction for intelligence that connects natural laws and civilization, going beyond AI as a mere convenient tool.
