The day I remembered the words the psychologist said to me.
Thank you always for the likes, comments, and for featuring my work in your magazines💞

Since elementary school is on summer break,
Kote (my son) is attending after-school day care only in the mornings.
In the meantime, since I've been feeling unwell in various parts of my body, I've started going to the gym✨
It's my third day since I started going to the gym.
Today, I only did stretching in the stretching room using a pole.
I'm taking a break from walking today💤
Thanks to the stretching, the pain from my shoulder blades to my shoulders has been gradually fading day by day🥰
I guess when chronic shoulder stiffness and lower back pain become too much of a normal part of life, you stop noticing them🤣💦
The reason I probably can't sleep soundly at night is the stiffness throughout my whole body😭
I focused especially on loosening up the stiffness in my underarms💞
After stretching, I'm
in the computer room
writing an article for note🥰
While listening to BGM
and facing my computer,
I remembered my interaction
with the psychologist.
Actually, when I was translating my husband's ADHD checklist
from English to Japanese,
I found that I fit the criteria more than he did🤣
"Doctor, I actually fit the criteria more🤣💦"
To me, smiling bitterly,
the psychologist said,
"Everyone fits these traits to some degree.
The only difference is whether they are strong or weak."
they kindly told me😭
My brain is always busy.
I can't stop thinking,
and I have so many things I want to do.
But that is by no means a bad thing.
My curiosity and energy
might tire some people out.
Even so, it's okay to just be yourself.
While holding onto the words the doctor used to fully validate me,
I've decided to do some stretching
one more time before heading home✨
Thank you
for watching♡
