For You Who Can't Get Someone You Dislike Out of Your Head: How HSPs Can Interpret Their 'Mirror of the Heart'
The reason you can't get someone you dislike out of your head—that heart of yours might be sending you a message.
Why can't you get that person out of your mind?
—A talk on the 'mechanisms of the heart' that I want to share specifically with sensitive people like you.
You find yourself remembering a certain event over and over again.
The attitude or words of a certain person continue to sting your heart long after time has passed.
Things that others might not even care about,
remain for you as deep, sharp, and lasting pain.
Perhaps you have a temperament known as 'HSP (Highly Sensitive Person),',
where you are more sensitive than others and pick up on subtle changes in other people's emotions and the atmosphere.
There is something I really want to tell you.
A heart that feels too much is not your 'weakness'.
Being an HSP means,
you are prone to carrying the feeling that 'life is hard because my heart is too sensitive' on a daily basis.
That is a very lonely and hard-to-understand pain.
But that is not a 'weakness'.
Rather, you are a person who can receive subtle emotional movements and distortions in the atmosphere that others cannot notice.
That is precisely why, within your heart,
the 'discomfort' or 'unpleasantness' you felt in human relationships,
remains deep, deep inside.
And perhaps the representative theme of that,
is 'people you dislike' or 'people you find difficult'.
Why does that person stay on your mind forever?
'I should be over it, but for some reason, I remember it and feel uneasy.'
'I can't forgive them, I want to forget, but they won't disappear from my heart.'
When you feel that way, two things are happening inside you.
An 'unconscious memory' that overlaps with past events is being stimulated
Through that person, a 'part of yourself' is being projected
For example, suppose you were deeply hurt by someone's cold attitude.
But that is not just because 'that person is cold',
it is possible that your 'memory of not having your emotions accepted' in the past,
or 'experiences of being denied' are reacting unconsciously.
In that sense, our hearts are like mirrors.
When we react to the outside world,
it means that at the same time, 'somewhere' inside yourself is being projected.
Memories in your subconscious are creating your 'emotional reactions'.
Many people believe that their 'current emotions' are born from 'current events'.
But in reality, it is said that many of our emotions stem from past memories, or the subconscious. it is said.
And that subconscious influences our daily thoughts, actions, and even our interpersonal relationships without us even realizing it.
That is precisely why,
behind emotions like 'I dislike that person' or 'this situation is painful,'
there may be 'unprocessed emotions' or 'past memories' that you yourself have not yet noticed.
The idea that 'this world is a mirror'
In this video series,
based on the philosophy that 'this world is a mirror reflecting your inner self,'
I explain the mechanisms of the heart in an easy-to-understand way.
✔ The reason you are swayed by the words and actions of others
✔ The mechanism behind why you continue to struggle with relationships with people you find difficult
✔ The process by which reality changes as you change your subconscious reactions
...and other perspectives on 'self-understanding and heart care' that I want you, as an HSP who easily feels mentally exhausted every day, to find useful.
Why not take one minute to look into the mirror of your heart?
There is a short video summarized in one minute for easy understanding.

And if you feel like you want to know more deeply or want to organize the structure of your heart,
please watch the main video as well.
The 'true desires' or 'emotions you want to cherish' sleeping deep within your heart
might start to become visible little by little.

Finally—there is 'someone who understands'.
This channel, 'Habits of Rest and Prosperity,'
is not just about providing information, but aims to be a place like a 'journey we take to heal together.'
Your HSP temperament may have been seen by those around you as 'worrying too much' or 'thinking too much.'
But here, we treat that sensitivity as a 'strength' and a 'beauty.'
Please feel free to take a look with peace of mind.
I would be happy if this video series could be a trigger
for gently accepting the voice that wells up from the 'depths of your heart'.
