"I am, 1."
👆️In the style of L.
All of this is because of the slow-burn sabotage by B-e and D-ko.
Serves you right😜
■ The summer I stood at the chaotic workplace🎐
Five people resigned suddenly,
and the gears of the workplace were cracking and falling apart that summer.
The manager's thoughtless remarks.
The blatant disregard for the former leader, Mr. Shiozaki.
That unique, tense atmosphere where the gazes of temporary staff clashed.
Even though everyone knew "something was broken,"
no one could put it into words.
Bringing in recording equipment is prohibited.
The truth always vanishes somewhere like smoke.
If you have a recording-friendly environment, use this!

That is why I armed myself.
A notebook for work📓.
A single notebook,
was my "self-defense," my "record," and my "light."
■ I could only survive by writing
Every day,
I kept writing down even the most trivial things.
Who said what.
What kind of atmosphere hung in the air.
What was destructive.
And what was a salvation.
Every time I turned a page,
the murky air of that workplace piled up in the form of words.
Yes.
That notebook was the 'proof that I had been fighting'.
■ And on the day of my resignation, the notebook became a memento
I quietly left the workplace.
A single notebook tucked into my waist pouch—
It had already finished its 'duty' for me.
However, that notebook remained.
As if it were a memento left behind.
As if it were waiting patiently,
for someone to pick it up.
■ Imagining the 'paleness' of the general affairs clerk the moment they opened the notebook
One day, it suddenly occurred to me.
What if someone in General Affairs casually flipped through the pages...
How would they react?
One by one.
The grains of records are carving out the truth of the workplace.
General Affairs: "...Huh?"
General Affairs: "Is this... a Death Note...?"📓🌩️
Their eyebrows twitch.
Their eyes begin to dart around.
A thin layer of sweat beads on their back.
And finally, they say it.
"The new recruitment for Office A..."
"Shouldn't we stop it...!?"🌩️
I feel like I can hear it.
■ And then the job posting vanished
When I checked the job listings for the first time in a while,
the job posting for that Office A had disappeared without a trace.
Not on their own website, nor on the job board,
it was nowhere to be found.
Even though it had been posted so persistently.
This is no coincidence.
I kept a record.
The company was forced to face the "reality."
They can no longer introduce anyone to a workplace that has collapsed⛈️
I believe that is what they decided.
■ Those who record will one day become the "storytellers"
Those who were at the center of the chaos
were usually swallowed up by it.
But I was not swallowed up.
Because I kept writing in the notebook.
Records are a weapon for the weak.
Even though I was just a temporary employee at that place,
only in the moments I kept writing in that notebook
was I an "observer," a "critic," and a "storyteller."
And now—
I am releasing that story,
in this way, as a voice and as text, to the whole world.
■ Finally: What I want to say to that workplace
Your chaos
is not the end of my life,
If anything, it became the starting point.
Environments break people.
But people can choose their environment again.
I will no longer,
return to that underworld.
And when I can sublimate it into a story like this,
my "former workplace" is no longer a source of fear or a wound.
It just becomes material.
The greatest asset for a creator.
Yes.
👻 Is it the curse of the return-to-work specter?
No, that must have been the work of the
"spirit of the record"that dwelled in the notebook.
✒️ The pen is mightier than the sword.
Records quietly, surely, cut through the atmosphere of the workplace⚔️
