would not arrive without your suppliers.

You must treat them with the awareness that they are not just vendors or subcontractors,
but partner companies.

Because working together to please customers
leads to the prosperity of both the shop and the supplier.

To build a better relationship with your suppliers,
it is important to join hands with true collaborators
with whom you can confirm and fully understand each other’s dreams and basic stances.

Just as you think about your own profitability,
it is also important for the supplier.

You must not ignore the other party
and force only your own shop’s demands.

In business, everything is give and take.
Business is about respecting the other party so that you, too, are respected.

You need to have the mindset of
wanting to help your suppliers make a profit.

In order to help your suppliers make a profit,
your shop must purchase at a fair price.

And in order to avoid unreasonable price haggling,
you need to think about a system that generates profit.

If you can create a profitable system,
your shop will become profitable without having to haggle unreasonably.

With this, both the shop and the supplier
will prosper together.

To build that system,
it is important to seek the cooperation of your suppliers and think together.

Never sit back and
adopt an arrogant attitude.

Such an embarrassing person is not qualified to be a businessperson.
