Not that I intended to (lol)

I didn't go anywhere during the first three days of the New Year, so I decided to take the plunge and head out to Kobe😊
Today was the first day of sales at the department store, and when I looked it up, I found out they had Kamakura Beniya lucky bags!
I thought it would be nice if I could get one, but I was being naive (lol).
I went to the special venue, but almost everything was already sold out.
When I checked the news online, I saw that the opening time had been moved up, and it seems the earliest people were lining up as early as 4:30 AM😮

A while back, there was an image that lucky bags were just leftovers, but it seems that's not the case anymore.
It felt wrong to buy nothing, so I bought lucky bags with Merry's chocolates and Foucher's cookies, thinking I'll use them as tea snacks for my first day back at work after the New Year🤭
