It's me RINA - SCANDAL RINA

Recently, I have been going to concerts by the girl band SCANDAL quite often.
In 2025 alone, I have attended about eight of their shows.
Wanting to know more about them,
I have recently started picking up their books in addition to their music.

This book is
a photo essay by RINA, the drummer of SCANDAL,
and it introduces the music, fashion, and
movies that have shaped her,
as well as featuring a 100-question Q&A, dialogues with associates,
a history of her life from birth until becoming part of SCANDAL, and
interviews.
Among the interview questions,
when asked what she values most in life,
she replied, "Never forgetting that you only live once."
True to these words, RINA generously shares the things she loves
(music, movies, cameras, vintage clothing, etc.),
and speaks candidly about her own experiences (such as romance).
Furthermore, she states in the book,
"When I turn 80, I want to be a woman who can smile with 80 years' worth of good wrinkles,"
and perhaps the wonderful expressions she shows while performing at concerts,
and the excitement in every one of her social media posts,
are a reflection of that.

This book was published in 2016, nine years ago.
SCANDAL will celebrate its 20th anniversary next year.
I am curious about how she has changed
since that time and when the book was first published.
If a sequel to this book is published, I would like to pick it up again.
