At that time, I saw many families and couples, and I realized that in every family, it is the mother who takes care of the children.

Even when I brought warm food, the wife would feed the children, and the warm plates would gradually go cold.

Conversely, the husband would finish his own portion without a care, regardless of what the children were doing or whether his wife's food was getting cold.

When the husband finished eating, some would help with the children, while others would just start reading the newspaper.

Either way, there are very few wives who get to eat a warm meal.

I suppose it is like this at home, too.

If I ever have children and we go out to eat, I will take care of them.

I will let my wife eat a warm meal.

That is what I thought.

Some time after that, I found a new job at a company with decent conditions, even if the salary was lower than before.

And we were blessed with a child.

When we went to eat at a family restaurant, I suddenly remembered it when I saw my wife taking care of our child and looking at her plate.
