The story I am introducing this time is a post by a woman who describes the situation when she was moved to tears after finding something inside the stuffing of a teddy bear wearing a wedding dress, given to her by a best friend who has since passed away, which had become tattered due to a certain incident and she was trying to repair it.

When I got married, my best friend A-chan gave me a teddy bear stuffed animal as a gift.

That friend had a hobby of making teddy bears, and she made one wearing a wedding dress that was so cute, so I put it in a case and displayed it on a shelf.

A quarter of a century has passed since then, and I am currently caring for my father-in-law who has dementia at home.
Without me noticing, my father-in-law gave that teddy bear to our toy poodle as a toy.

By the time I noticed, the eyes and nose were ripped off and one arm was torn off.

I couldn't scold the toy poodle, and even if I told my father-in-law, he wouldn't understand, so I took out my sewing kit half-crying and was repairing it with unaccustomed hands when I noticed something thin and hard inside the stuffing.

I wondered what it was and took it out, and it was a ticket from Kofuku Station.

And layered with it was a small piece of paper with an illustration that said, "Did you find it? Hehe."

My tear ducts burst... I cried and cried and couldn't do anything that day.

Why did such a good person have to be killed by a motorcycle gang at the young age of 45?

While crying, I buried it back into the stuffing as it was, and although it became uglier than the original teddy, I sewed it as best as I could.

I thought, 'You damn old man!', but thanks to him, I was able to notice it, so I'll call it a win.
