#2 Weaknesses are Gifts from God / One Realization Can Change Your Life

Thank you as always for your support! ✨
It's Koki!! 😊

This is sudden, but
to everyone who became a new member of society this spring,
or those who have started a new first job,
such as part-time or casual work.

Thank you so much for your hard work every day! ☺️🌈

Now that some time has passed since you jumped into a new environment,
aren't you hitting a wall like this?

“In my daily work, only things I'm bad at or don't want to do keep coming my way...”

“There are so many things I have to memorize that I feel like I'm going to break down...”
Precisely because you are working so hard, you can get overwhelmed by the wall of 'weaknesses' right in front of you and feel distressed, right? 💦
But it's okay if you can't do everything perfectly right away. What I'm about to talk about is just one 'option,' and I believe there can be 100 different ways to find an answer for 100 different people 😊

However, so that your heart, which works hard every day, can feel even just a little bit lighter,
I'd like to share one 'mental drawer for dealing with weaknesses' that I hold dear today 🤗✨

Things you are bad at or don't want to do are not happening to make you suffer.

This is the conclusion I want to deliver to you today.

The 'things you are bad at' or 'things you don't want to do' that appear before you at work
are not trials meant to make you suffer.
They are 'the best gifts' that God has gently handed to you

so that you can move to the next stage and shine even brighter.
“I can't think of weaknesses as gifts.”
Many of you might think that way.But it's okay if you can't think that way right away.

And what I talk about from here on is not the 100% correct answer either.

I would be happy if you could view this as just one way of thinking.

It's the same as muscles. Before growth, there is always 'appropriate load'.

Because I believe that when our hearts and skills level up significantly, it is exactly the same as sports or muscle training, and 'appropriate load' is always necessary there.

There may be cases where you don't feel it as a load when you find it fun.

But I think some kind of new stimulation is being introduced.

I played baseball all through my student days, but if I wanted to strengthen my muscles, a 'load' like lifting slightly heavy dumbbells was also necessary.
I feel like life is similar to this.
Against the load called 'things I'm bad at' that was tossed in front of me,
I think, 'How can I overcome this?' and use my creativity or challenge it many times.

In that process, new ideas spring up, and the physical strength and skills to overcome it also follow.

God didn't place that wall there out of spite.

“If it's you now, you can definitely overcome this wall. And once you clear this, I have prepared a rail for an even more wonderful next stage, so try doing this homework for a bit.”

That is the opportunity for growth prepared in advance for your future happiness.
I think that is the true identity of the 'weakness' in front of you.

Actually, I was also a huge introvert.

Let me talk a little about myself here.

Currently, while working as a salaryman, I am also active as a sole proprietor, and I truly love sales work from the bottom of my heart.
Thankfully, I am now able to produce results that make my company tell me, 'Please stop doing new sales development,' and I have become able to go for cold calls to companies I've never visited before with the same feeling as casually going to a convenience store.

Even when I get referrals for personal work,
it's embarrassing to say, but
I am currently in a state where I cannot accept new requests...

That is the kind of person I am, but...
actually, I was originally an 'introvert'.

I was absolutely, completely terrible at talking to people I didn't know.
When I was in high school, after retiring from the baseball team, the first part-time job I ever had in my life was at a certain gas station.

The reason I chose that place was because, being ignorant of the world, I thought, 'If it's self-service, I don't have to do customer service. I can avoid the work I hate most, which is interacting with people!'
However, when I opened the lid, the reality was the exact opposite.
It was a super meritocratic store that intensely pushed 'proposals' for car washes, credit cards, oil changes, etc., and it was an environment where the manager at the time would say, 'You must earn your own hourly wage by making sales yourself!'
Every day of having my numbers checked via headset every hour was nothing but intense anxiety and fear for me at the time.

Just calling out to customers who got out of their cars was so scary that my legs would shake.

But, instead of 'I won't do it because it's scary,' I thought, 'Well, I'll just try doing it as I was told,' and one day, after moving forward just 1 millimeter and continuing to call out to people.

For the first time, one customer signed up for a credit card.
At that moment, a tremendous emotion welled up inside my chest.

It was like the great excitement full of joy, just like when I confessed my feelings with desperate resolve to a girl I had loved for a long time during my student days, and she accepted it saying, 'Thank you, I'd love to.'
“People were moved by my proposal. They were happy!”

Triggered by this success experience, I became obsessed with the appeal of 'proposal work'.

It was the moment that a place I was supposed to hate turned into the 'best calling' for me.

Even now, there are many moments when I encounter things I'm bad at or challenges in my work. But,

ever since I started perceiving it as 'Oh, God gave me another gift to go to the next stage',

I realized that every time I encounter a new wall, I find myself feeling somewhat excited. If I had run away from the load of 'weakness' in the environment of that gas station back then, my current achievements, and the happy future of spending time with all of you precious people here on note, would not exist 100%.

Let's take advantage of this lucky chance and move one step forward from here.

It is natural to think, 'I don't like this,' or 'I want to run away,' regarding the work you are bad at that is right in front of you now.

First, please fully affirm yourself for thinking that way 🤗🌈
But, if your heart calms down even a little, please take a deep breath and try thinking this.

“Alright!! An invitation (homework) to the next stage has arrived from God!!!!”

Your time is not being wasted, and you are not being bullied.
You are currently standing on the best bonus stage to meet a stronger and kinder version of yourself.
Invisible enemies are still running somewhere in the world. But the number one enemy might not be someone somewhere, but yourself, who is closest to you 😌🍀

If so, why don't we also accept this gift called homework with both hands and move one step forward together from here? 🌈✨
May your day today be a wonderfully lovely day where you can notice small happinesses ☺️🙏✨

I am also talking about this in audio format.

The delivery activities I have been working on steadily at Stand.fm
have also started to enter the business popularity rankings
little by little. ☺️🌈✨

To everyone who supports me on a daily basis,
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude. 😊🙏✨

Thank you all so much, always. 🙇‍♂️✨

I will continue to face my weaknesses and devote myself to improvement again today. ❤️‍🔥✨
