A child shining in gold was born, and the people rejoiced at the birth of the legendary Golden Unique.

When the Golden Unique appears, Mount Immortal erupts. However, there was a legend that he would save the world.

As he grew, he began to realize that he had no abilities whatsoever. In his sleep, he would mutter 'I'm sorry' over and over.

Suddenly, Mount Immortal erupted. Magma slid down the mountainside, burning the city to the ground, and people fled in panic.

He did not understand. What was he supposed to do?
The pressure of knowing he had to save everyone, that he was a being born for that sole purpose, threatened to crush him.
When that feeling reached its breaking point, his ability blossomed.
Most people had died. However, the survivors all said the same things.

'The lava stopped.'
'His cry guided the evacuation route.'
'That golden light brought the dead back to life.'

All of these were lies, but everyone believed that he had saved the world.

His ability was the power to alter the memories of those around him to suit his own convenience.
