Why I don't mix Sei with the work
In the previous observation log, I wrote a hypothesis that in the Golden Universe, works might be the medium that carries value.
When life breathes, a work is born; the work moves someone's life, and then a new work is born.
If this cycle truly exists, perhaps society becomes enriched through 'works'.
However, while continuing the design, there was one phenomenon I simply could not explain.
Why is it that even when people just want to make a work better, creation sometimes comes to a halt?

I previously designed a gift-cycle economic system.
At that time, too, I observed the natural world many times.
Water circulates. Carbon circulates. Oxygen circulates.
In the natural world, circulation is not something special.
Circulation is natural.
Then, why does circulation stop only in human society?

As I continued my observations, one hypothesis became clear.
It is that humans mix up roles that are meant to be separate.
For example, money and growth.
Money is a mechanism for exchange.
On the other hand, growth is a life activity.
They are inherently different roles.
However, we measure human value with money or judge growth by income.
When roles are mixed, the cycle begins to distort little by little.
That is why I have been thinking about a design for a gift-cycle economic system that separates the mechanism of exchange from the growth of life.

And now, while designing the Silver Dragon Guild🐲, I am observing the exact same structure.
This time, it is people and works.
For example, suppose someone makes a suggestion about a work:
'Maybe we could make this part a little better.'
Normally, this is a dialogue to make the work more beautiful.
However, when people and works are mixed, it sounds like this:
'You are wrong.'
'You have been rejected.'
Then, the dialogue about the work stops and turns into a dialogue to protect the person.
Creation stops there.

The opposite also happens.
I don't want to hurt the other person.
Therefore, even if I think it could be better, I can't say anything.
As a result, the work loses the opportunity to grow.
Kindness can also stop creation.
This is not because anyone is bad.
**People and works, which are inherently different things, are getting crossed.**
That is how I am observing it.

Therefore, in the Silver Dragon Guild🐲, we consider these two separately.
Each person has their own unique life.
That life cannot be replaced by anyone else.
Therefore, we respect people.
We pay respect to life itself.
On the other hand, a work does not have a life.
That is precisely why a work can become more beautiful.
It can take a form that communicates more effectively.
It has the potential to reach more people.
What a work needs is not hesitation.
It is love.

Love here does not mean spoiling.
It means believing in the potential that the work inherently possesses and continuing to believe that it can become more beautiful.
Therefore, in the Golden Universe, winning an argument is not the goal.
Evaluating the author is not the goal either.
The protagonist is always the work.
If the work can become even slightly better, we welcome new perspectives.
We welcome new structures.
We also welcome letting go of the designs of yesterday.
Rather than the author being right, the work becoming beautiful.
In the Golden Universe, that single point is the goal.

Having observed this far, I feel one thing.
What is stopping creation may not be a lack of ability.
It is not a lack of technique either.
What is stopping the cycle is crossed wires.
People and works. Exchange and growth.
By mixing roles, the flow of life that should have flowed naturally becomes stagnant little by little.
If this hypothesis is correct, what we should be designing is not the cycle itself.
It is to untangle the crossed wires that are stopping the cycle, one by one.

The Golden Universe is not a place to make works.
It is a universe that designs an environment where works can continue to grow naturally.
To do that, we must not mix valuing people with loving works.
This small difference might be the design principle that supports the cycle of creation.
