Scallion Salt Chicken / A classic home-cooked dish where the aroma of sesame oil and the subtle acidity of lemon whet the appetite
While fried chicken is great, I think many people have experienced feeling like it's too heavy on the stomach if you have it too often, or getting tired of it. Those who cook may also worry about a lack of variety in flavors or feel like their menu has become stuck in a rut, making it difficult to plan meals.
So, this time, I would like to introduce 'Scallion Salt Chicken,' which has become a lifesaver in my home during such times.
By simply combining pan-seared chicken with fragrant sesame oil and a refreshing scallion salt sauce, you get a dish that doesn't feel heavy, and combined with the acidity of lemon, it goes surprisingly well with rice.
Why not add 'Sesame Oil Scallion Salt Chicken' to your dinner table? It's perfect not only as a main dish for dinner but also as a side dish for bento boxes or as a snack.
