Aligning the Subconscious to Breathe as Your True Self (Soul)
Our consciousness is broadly divided into two layers.
One is the "conscious mind (what we think about with our heads)," which we can recognize ourselves.
And the other is the "subconscious mind (the true feelings and assumptions deep within our hearts)," which unconsciously governs our actions.
Many of our daily worries and difficulties in life are caused by old thought patterns hidden within this "subconscious mind."
By delving into and letting go of (purifying) these deep parts, we regain the intuition that our true self (soul) possesses and become able to connect with higher senses (guides).
Even as a beginner, my senses have become sharper than before, so if you are interested, it might be a good idea to start by looking it up on YouTube or similar platforms!
1. Express your emotions and identify the true nature of your patterns
First, try writing down all your daily frustrations and pent-up feelings.
When you dig deep into "Why do I feel this way?" (this is actually quite difficult; it's not about expanding, but digging down to the root), the "thought patterns" that bind you, which are lurking in your subconscious, will become visible.
Noticing and acknowledging them (purification) is the first step toward change.
Once you become able to notice your thought patterns, strangely enough, you will stop feeling overly depressed more than necessary.
2. Stop and redefine your own "comfort"
I myself, after major turning points like recovering from cancer and dealing with adjustment disorder, chose the path to be free from the job of a dental hygienist that I had continued for 24 years.
Now, I spend my days organizing my household goods and tidying up my surroundings, and this is surprisingly fun!
What I realized there is my own honest nature: that for me, having the "results achieved by my own hands (output)" become visible is my greatest motivation.
Stop for a moment and think carefully about "What do I feel joy in?"
I believe that the time spent facing this question carefully is a meaningful time that can be called a "treasure" of life, which I could not have obtained without stopping.
It gave me a very important realization.
3. When you follow your senses, things proceed smoothly
As the assumptions in your subconscious of
“how things should be”
fade away,
you no longer need to force yourself to conform to those around you.
The space I launched called
“innconect,”
was also born from my true feelings (soul)—a desire to exchange ideas on a flat level regardless of status or position, and to build long-lasting, cherished relationships with each individual.
This process is by no means a short journey.
It also takes time to let go of many values.
However, if you make small daily choices according to your own senses (soul),
life can sometimes start to run surprisingly smoothly.... Or so they say lol
I haven't experienced that yet.
I haven't achieved the success I expected, but
there are many things you love
that you can work on unconsciously,
and even if they look like effort or hardship to others,
the person doing them
doesn't feel that way at all.
That’s how I am right now.
(Though I do stop and pause sometimes)
I just didn't know it, but there are many people in the world living happily by following their own senses and values.
Things like,
“Can this become a job?”
happen a lot, too. Haha
Absolute rules like
“you must do this”
really didn't exist anywhere.
I have only just begun my journey, but
learning through
trial and error is not painful, and
I realize that I also enjoy
writing down these words.
I want to ease my heart more
and enjoy life freely!!!
Each and every reaction becomes a light for my heart. Thank you, as always.
