Why the 'Frequent Sense of Discomfort' Experienced by HSPs and INFJs Contains the Opportunity for Your Significant Transformation
The starting point of human growth is often an indescribable sense of discomfort.
There are times when you begin to feel a sense of discomfort regarding things you previously thought nothing of.
Feeling that something is lacking, wondering if there might be a different way, or sensing that 'something is wrong' actually contains the opportunity for you to transform.
Our unconscious is constantly changing. However, because it is unconscious, we cannot be aware of that transformation.
Therefore, the unconscious teaches us that 'now is the time to change' in the form of discomfort.
It is wonderful to have things you can stay immersed in or enjoy doing for a long time. If you are learning or gaining something by sharing that same time, you should definitely continue with it.
However, if the moments where you think 'Huh?' increase, or if you have a feeling that 'there must be something else,' you should not ignore that inner voice.
If you catch the voice of your unconscious clearly and change your behavior, you will surely be able to become a different version of yourself.
The unconscious changes first, and then the consciousness catches up.
Your actions will change, and things you could not do before will, before you know it, become things you can do naturally.
By repeating this, you will surely continue to encounter different versions of yourself in the future.
A life where you can become a different self is interesting and deeply rewarding.
You will continue to transform and become more flexible in the future.
