A story about being recognized at the company-wide group meeting

I was honored to receive the Best Staff Award at the CyberAgent Group's company-wide meeting!

I am truly grateful to be able to work happily with so many people.
I am very happy to have worked with so many people recently, not only those in my own department but also the corporate PR and IR teams, as well as the culture and technology promotion teams, and many others!

For the past few years, I have had a somewhat unique? way of working where my title and job description are flexible, and I do whatever is necessary for organizational management at the time. In recent years, I have been committed to AI and technology PR, and have been working on public relations.

How can we recruit AI talent to expand our AI business?
What kind of organization can produce results for that purpose, and what activities are necessary? I have been working while talking a lot with the researchers. And I am truly happy that everyone has produced results, and that many students and professors have come to know about and take an interest in AI Lab and in-house research at CyberAgent.

I have done technical press conferences and hosted conferences for corporate research institutes.
I also tried my hand at press releases for technical paper acceptances, which was a first for CA through trial and error.
Looking back, I realized that I have taken on many new challenges!

In the past, I sometimes envied those in specialized professional roles and felt troubled, but now I find it very interesting that I have been able to experience sales, human resources, management administration, and public relations.
Since I can think about stories comprehensively while changing roles while keeping a fixed axis, I feel that the learning from each is connected.
And then something I don't know appears, and I learn every day.

I enjoy working on the series of flows: planning and executing to accelerate management or solve problems, and then doing public relations to connect to the next steps, such as recruitment and market changes.

I am also very grateful for the environment where I can enjoy my work with Director Naito, who lets me freely execute various plans without being bound by job titles, and with the researchers, engineers, and people from many departments who think about and execute management plans with me!

The next CA slogan is "Let's enjoy the company"

It is a slogan I really like.
The power to enjoy is a skill.
I think it is important how much you can enjoy and find things interesting.

The theme that has remained unchanged for the past few years is
"To become a person who creates work and accelerates management," so I will continue to devote myself to it!
