Today, I'd like to introduce some things outside of work, such as our company's employee benefits.

and so on, are a given.
Our other benefits also have a touch of uniqueness.

Howa Tanko's Other Employee Benefits (1): Qualification Acquisition Support

This is what I thought was the best thing when I joined Howa Tanko.
Qualification acquisition support and allowances available
In fact, we receive a lot of positive feedback—or rather, words of gratitude—from employees who are working hard. For example,

• Wanting to learn how to drive a forklift

• Wanting to take on a national examination

• Wanting to take qualifications or certification exams such as the Quality Control (QC) test

and so on.
We provide subsidies for costs related to acquiring qualifications and offer bonuses upon passing.
Howa Tanko is committed to doing its best to respond to the desire for skill development.

Before I became president, I also took the national Professional Engineer examination twice.
At that time, I received support from the company, which made me feel very warm and fired me up to study.
It brings back fond memories of being motivated and studying for about 6 hours a day using early morning and night hours. (Though I didn't pass.)

The second interesting initiative at Howa Tanko is the Safety Award.
Teams that remain accident-free each month receive a small gift as a Safety Award.

Influenza Vaccination
At Howa Tanko, we conduct health checkups twice a year.
During the autumn checkup, since influenza season is approaching, we make vaccinations available to everyone who wants one.

Baths
Wash off the grime after work and head home feeling refreshed.
We have a bathhouse inside the company.
After working up a good sweat, you can wash it all off and go out to have fun.
It's nice to have things to look forward to after work, isn't it?

We've started DX. Howa Tanko's skill development support

There is a page that has quietly been added to the Howa Tanko website.
It is a page called the Howa Tanko Notebook.

If you take a look inside, in addition to the company philosophy, history, and explanations of the ISO manual, we provide information that leads to skill development, such as qualification support.

To keep up with global trends, we have also included links to government policy documents and the like.

A mere collection of links wouldn't really be called DX, would it?
What we are working hard on this year starts here.

We are thinking of winning strategies to pass exams with the minimum required score.

We also have a True/False quiz app for production management.

And so, this app was created with the hope that you will master forging skills quickly and earn even more.
It is said that artisan-style jobs will become increasingly popular in the future, so the importance of initiatives like this will likely continue to grow.

If you join Howa Tanko, you can learn skills at your own pace.
Once you acquire skills, your salary will also increase.
