I have no choice but to take the plunge! Because it's the "Tower"
The other day, I posted an article about how I wore a skirt made by dot. to go to a tarot session.
Today, I'd like to write a little bit about that session.
Since it's a session I receive regularly, I had them read my fortune from various perspectives on many topics, including recent updates, things I'm currently concerned about, future prospects, and advice for improvement, as a way to report on my current situation. While there were many details, overall I received an answer that could be summed up as this is it!—and it was sharp yet simple.
If I were to represent it with a tarot card, it would be this one, which actually appeared in the session.

Out of the 78 tarot cards, this is one from the Major Arcana group, number 16, called 【The Tower】.
It depicts a scene where lightning strikes a tower and people are falling out of its windows.
This "Tower" is said to be modeled after the Tower of Babel.
Tower of Babel
A giant tower that appears in the Old Testament.
Named after the story of a tower that was built to reach the heavens—an impossible feat—and was subsequently destroyed (by God), it is also used as a metaphor for fantastical and impossible plans. ~From Wikipedia~

How do you feel when you look at this "Tower"?

For me, it's "Scary..." (bitter laugh).
I often say things like, "There are no good or bad tarot cards; they are all necessary. Even if a scary card comes up, it has meaning." But even though I say that, I still feel something.
The meaning of this "Tower" card has a slightly different nuance than the Wikipedia explanation; if I were to use keywords, it would be something like collapse, impact, shock, destroy,.
To add a little more, it means that what you have built up so far (the tower) is collapsing or needs to be destroyed. It means that your current things, methods, or ways of being will no longer work from here on out.
When I analyze why I find this "scary," it's because I have a formula in my head that says "not changing = safety." I hate change. Even if I'm somewhat dissatisfied, I think it's better than changing.
I'm not the type to actively challenge myself with new things, nor am I a genius who can produce results instantly. I'm the type who can only move forward with the steady, slow pace of an ox or a turtle, so I have a sense that what I've built up is what has value.
And then, the message: Tower! "Destroy it".
Instead of using what you have now as a foundation, destroy it all, clear the land, and build it up again from there. Collapse and reconstruction.
If time passes in your current state, the results will be the same as before. If you want to expand further, if you want to obtain what you desire, you must destroy what you have built up. With your current methods, thoughts, consciousness, and actions, you likely cannot get closer to what you desire.
I have no choice but to take the plunge, I have to do it, I must discard everything and create something new!
I became determined to do so. I had a feeling that might be the case, so this "Tower" card probably appeared to reaffirm that for me.

I think some people might look at this card and feel, "Wow! That looks interesting," or "I wanted to start over, so this is perfect," or "The new way is more exciting."
The card itself isn't "scary"; it's about how the person looking at it feels. It's the person who gives it the impression of being scary, fun, or new.
I am a fan of Momoiro Clover Z (a Mononofu), and originally, Momoka was my favorite member. However, a few years ago, Momoka announced her graduation from Momoclo and left the group. It was so sudden that I was very surprised, but the card that came up on the very day she announced her graduation was this "Tower." (I draw cards for myself every day.)
Like this, the "Tower" also appears when representing events that are unthought-of, unexpected, surprising, or things you never doubted would continue forever,.
It's sad that my favorite member graduated, but now I've switched to being a "box fan" (supporting the whole group), and I'm enjoying my fandom life!

It's okay. Momoclo is in my heart.
I believe that the truly necessary core is something that won't disappear even with the "Tower" (though there might be a selection process of "is this really necessary?").
What I should discard are the beliefs that only worked within the previous situation or container. If I'm changing the container, those things are unnecessary; I should discard them and put in new things. Receiving the session made me realize that such a time has come.
Thank you again for today.
I'm posting about my daily life and tarot on Ameblo.
Please come and take a look if you'd like.
