Finding, Observing, and Living with the Bugs That Live Inside Your Heart
Various bugs live inside our hearts.
There are positive bugs and negative bugs. Let's try giving these bugs names.
In my case,
There's the Angry Bug, the Foggy Bug, the Serious Bug, the Greedy Bug, and the Worrywart Bug.
The important thing is that the bug is not yourself.
A fleeting emotion is not who you are.
You should look at it separately, saying, 'Oh, the Worrywart Bug has come out again.'
If you become one with the bug and worry along with it, the bug will feed on your worry, grow larger, and take over your heart.
If you don't let yourself be swayed by emotions and instead observe them from a distance, the bugs will gradually shrink and go somewhere else.

Over the past year, I have learned how to face myself to organize my mind and brain through Zen teachings on an app by Toryo Ito, the deputy chief priest of Ryosoku-in Temple of the Rinzai sect of Kennin-ji.
Separate yourself from your emotions and observe them.
I understand that, but...
I worry too much about 'not worrying,' and in the end, I suffer.
My consciousness changed significantly after I heard this story about bugs.
It sounds like a story you'd tell a child, but once I understood that it was the bug's fault, I became able to see myself from a distance.
I learned words, untangled my thoughts, felt the seasons, and let nature help me find balance.
It was a year where I was able to face myself from various angles, including not just my emotions, but also my posture, breathing, thinking ability, and imagination.
Thank you for reading until the end.
