To be honest,
my life was almost over once.

Divorced, with three children.

I kept repeating this state over and over.

What changed was something I realized one day.

The problem wasn't my effort.
It was that I kept going while being off-track.

From there, I reviewed my habits, my way of thinking,
and the order of my actions one by one.

I didn't do anything flashy.

Even so,
in one year, I lost 10 kilograms, quit smoking,
and got my life in order.

Through small, steady steps,
my situation gradually began to change.

Romance was the same.

The reason things don't work out
isn't because of what you aren't doing.

It's because you keep going while being off-track.

Once I realized this,
the way I built relationships changed significantly.
