Home Christmas dinner with Hot Cook and Healsio. The paella is super delicious!

Good evening, this is hona! I'm posting every day!

Today, I'd like to leave a record of our home Christmas dinner made with Hot Cook and Healsio!

Today is Christmas Eve!

Our family of four had our party today (^^)

Actually, this is our third home Christmas party this year, having celebrated with various people. lol. I worried and worried about what to make, and with my husband's help, it turned out like this (^^)

I'm happy that the lights created such a nice atmosphere!

When I looked back at what I made, I realized I had made everything using just the Healsio and two Hot Cooks! So, I'll leave a quick note as a reminder.

1. Potato Salad (Hot Cook)

I tried plating it like a wreath ^^. Here is the recipe I referred to.

It was so easy to boil the potatoes, carrots, and eggs all together in the Hot Cook! In addition to this recipe, my husband took charge and added

cucumber, ham, and corn (by the way, I was in charge of the plating). The seasoning was just salt, pepper, and mayonnaise, but it was smooth and delicious ^^

2. Tomato Santa and Cucumber Tree

Setting aside how perfect they look lol, I wanted to give it a Christmas feel, so I made these. Everyone gobbled them up ^^. As for the cucumber tree, my husband even asked, "Is that a snake?" lol. How rude! Since my husband has a sesame allergy and I couldn't use that, I tried using cucumber skin to make the eyes.

3. Roast Pork (Healsio)

The main dish this time! We had already eaten roast chicken three times this month, so we decided to have something other than chicken. I referred to this official recipe.

Since I happened to find a block of pork at the supermarket that was already tied with string, it was even easier to make. The

downside is that after pressing the start button on the Healsio, it takes about 2 hours (^^; But, the finish was very tender and had a rich flavor that you wouldn't expect from just salt seasoning, and both of my children ate a lot! It was delicious.

4. Paella (Hot Cook)

This was the biggest hit this time!
It was incredibly delicious!!

Here is the recipe I referred to.

It seems like this recipe was the result of a lot of trial and error, and I couldn't help but think,Can it really be this easy and delicious?! lol. Just one bite, and the flavor of the seafood soaked into the rice spread softly through my mouth, while the sweetness and texture of the paprika and cherry tomatoes made it so enjoyable that I just kept eating! It was

a hit with the kids
too ^^ This is definitely going on my repeat list.

The ingredients are a little different from the recipe above, but I felt thatsticking to a salt content of 0.6% of the total weight andusing scallops and clams to take advantage of the seafood umami were the keys to making it delicious.

By the way, I'll leave the ingredients here too.
・2 cups of pre-washed rice
・2 fillets of cod
・1 can of shelled clams (considering the salt content of this as well)
・Boiled scallops
・Squid
・7 cherry tomatoes
・1 paprika
・1 chicken thigh
・About 100g of onion
・230ml of water (the rice was a bit soft, so maybe a little less would be fine)
・Salt equivalent to 0.6% of the total weight

Hot Cook and Healsio are indispensable for Christmas too.

So, by utilizing two Hot Cook units and a Healsio, a party meal for our family of four was prepared deliciously ^^ My husband and I are basically lazy, and we aren't particularly great at cooking or have refined palates, so

honestly, I've never had confidence in my cooking... However, now, thanks to being able to use the latest cooking appliances and recipes refined through trial and error, I deeply feel that
we are able to enjoy delicious meals while reducing time and effort!
I really feel that.

Also, by having parties like this repeatedly, I search for and try making new menus, wondering what to make next, and I felt that there are discoveries, such asbeing able to encounter dishes that I think are "delicious!" and noticing new ways to use cooking appliances, as well.

By the way, today, the kids had a Christmas party for their lessons during the day, so they were a bit too tired and not in the best mood... it was quite a struggle (;^ω^) I might consider the timing of our home party next year.

Even so, I hope we can happily hold a Christmas party all together again next year.

Merry Christmas!

Thank you for reading until the end!
