Creative Awards 2026 Entry"The Strange People of Yonioka Town <2>" was published starting yesterday. I am entering it in the Entertainment Original Work category.

This is a recompiled version of the short-shorts I wrote on note. It is the 4th installment of the "Yonioka Town Series" short-short collection. It is a sequel to the first installment "The Strange People".

Even though I call it a sequel, there are more episodes about new characters than returning ones!

The returning characters are three pairs: Dr. Annyu and Sato-kun, Teacher Anyui and Suzuki-kun, and my junior, Yamada-kun. The new characters are three groups: Yagi-chan, the Hero Squadron, and the Beastman Manor.

[Synopsis]
The 4th installment of the Yonioka Town series. A collection of standalone short-shorts.
I have once again collected episodes of the strange people living in Yonioka Town.
Strange people who seem like they could be anywhere, but only exist in Yonioka Town.
What happened to those strange people, and stories about strange people you're hearing about for the first time.
As you read this, you won't be able to help but smile, laugh, and burst into laughter.

・Dr. Annyu (Older Sister): An outrageous inventor who inherited her talent from her father
・Sato-kun: An employee at the company responsible for commercialization (assistant role), married with children
・Teacher Anyui (Younger Sister): A novel culinary inventor
・Suzuki-kun: An editor for a culinary magazine (taster role), single
・My Junior, Yamada-kun: A bit out there, but a serious and good guy
・Yagi-chan: A best friend who loves letters, loves squid, and hates bugs
・Hero Red: Leader of the Hero Squadron, movie star
・Hero Blue: Strategist of the Hero Squadron, professor
・Hero Yellow: Warrior of the Hero Squadron, boxer
・Hero Green: Swordsman of the Hero Squadron, kendo practitioner
・Hero Pink: The only woman in the Hero Squadron, office worker

・Inuzuka: Resident of Beastman Manor (dog beastman), good friends with Saruwatari-san
・Saruwatari: Resident of Beastman Manor (monkey beastman), good friends with Inuzuka-san

・Toramoto: Resident of Beastman Manor (tiger beastman)
・Ushii: Resident of Beastman Manor (cow beastman)
