　I am the type of person who cannot rest until I have tried something that piques my curiosity.

I tried to see what would happen if I recited a Buddhist prayer to a horse's ear.
　I climbed up a stepladder and recited it earnestly right into the horse's ear.
"Jugemu, Jugemu, Goko no Surikire..."
　I heard later that this isn't a prayer, but a rakugo story. No wonder the horse was laughing, "Hee-hee-hee."

I checked to see if it's true that "even a dog will hit a stick if it walks."
　Whether the dog walked or ran, it never hit a stick. It has great reflexes. Maybe if it were just spacing out, it might hit one.

I observed to see if "even monkeys fall from trees."
　Conclusion: The monkey did not fall from the tree. I wanted it to fall. I am the type of person who can't settle down without a punchline, so I was on edge.

I tried giving "pearls to a pig."
　It was swallowed whole in an instant. That was an Akoya pearl that cost 100,000 yen! Give it back. But it would be cruel to cut open its stomach, so I'll just wait for it to be excreted along with its poop.

I checked to see if "a frog's child is a frog."
　A frog's child was a tadpole. I thought, "That's right," but when it grew up, it became a frog. It was correct. I'm a little frustrated. If it were a kite, it would have given birth to a hawk.

I went all the way to Hokkaido in winter to hear "the crane's single cry."
　A male calling "koo," a female calling "kak-kak." The sound of them calling back and forth echoed. It was far from a single cry. Before long, couples were forming here and there and started flirting. I'm jealous...

I tried giving "gold coins to a cat."
　The cat didn't even look at them.

　It wouldn't be interesting to end it here, so I decided to try to make the cat say "Good evening" to match the theme. I taught it over and over with a Churu in hand, but it just couldn't say it. However, thanks to my efforts, it managed to barely say "Good night."

"Goon-nya~" (Good night)
　It was quite native-sounding.
