　My father had a large build. However, he was gentle, slow, and laid-back. Because he had a serious personality, he always traveled the same path on the same day, straight ahead. He was a reliable head of the household.

　My mother was humble and always followed three steps behind my father. While she always followed him, she would sometimes glance away and wander off the path. She was a bit clumsy.

　My older brother was simple and sturdy. He had a proper personality like my father, but instead of following him, he walked his own path, forging his own way as he passed by.

　My younger sister was the healing type. She was airy and would wander off here and there. Perhaps because she had little presence, there were times she seemed about to vanish.

　The family always passed through this area together happily. Someone once said that people climb mountains because they are there, but even when there were mountains, our family didn't climb them; we followed the mountains and moved through the valleys.

　This year, the 'Typhoon Family' passed through Japan in a gentle way. The typhoon has passed.
　The season has progressed, and the sky is transparently blue. Autumn has begun.
